Palestrante: Maria Inés Corrá
María Inés Corrá has more than 20-year experience in the international arbitral practice, both in investment and commercial complex matters under the main rules of international arbitration (such as ICSID, ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL and other rules). She has regularly acted as counsel, lead counsel and international arbitrator. María Inés is the President of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALArb), President of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Argentina, co-chair of the Latin America Arbitration Group of the IBA Arbitration Committee; and co-founder and one of the leaders of Women Way in Arbitration LatAm (WWA) among other roles of leadership. She is a Chair Professor of Arbitration and Mediation at the School of Law of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Professor of Administrative Law and Regulatory Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Unversidad Católica Argentina. She is the author of more than 30 articles and papers on her fields of law. She has been distinguished as a thought leader and leading practitioner by the most well known international guides.

Palestrante: Tatiana Mesquita Nunes
Tatiana holds a Master’s degree in State Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo Law School. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Security Management from Salamanca University. State’s Attorney. Since 2018, she is substitute coordinator of the State’s Attorney Arbitration Specialized Unit.

Moderadora: Eleonora Coelho
Eleonora Coelho holds a master’s degree in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) from Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas; and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo Law School. Eleonora is former president of the Centre for Arbitration and Mediation of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC) (2019-2023). She is currently president of the Permanent Arbitration Commission of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP) (2022-2024). She also serves as vice-president of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) for the 2024-2028 term. From 2020 to 2021, Eleonora was a Visiting Professor at the SciencesPo École de Droit de Paris, teaching a course on the “LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement” program and she was a Guest Lecturer at the Paris Arbitration Academy (2019). Since 2009, Eleonora is repeatedly ranked as an outstanding professional in arbitration by Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal and others.
